Hello. Our topic today is Template. To make this less confusing, a template is a roadmap or set of instructions, one has used to get their business running, and successful. Your template should at least consist of the following:
Business Plan-The dream idea you have to see come to life-mission statement and all.
Marketing Plan-From getting your articles/posts/blogs/website(s) out to be seen, the way to getting it done.
Strategic Plan-How your pay-per-click, or other methods of advertising, will be effectively used, whether day or night, etc.
Customer service- How you will be different from the others, and how well you develop and strengthen relationships, while being professional? Just one question to consider.
Market research- Have you effectively tabbed, and still tabbing your niche's ever changing market?
From these bullets, after careful time placed on them, you will be able to put together a plan, that you can use over and over again, in whatever other niche you may decide to venture into.
Friends, this point will take some time to develop, but, if you really want to succeed, you must place a lot of time into it.
