Steps to Success: Onward
Good day!
Our next topic will be called onward, and I will explain. Remember the days where people would check within the community to see if they had violated any zoning laws before they set up a business? Remember the mindset: Get a bank loan, tell a few family and friends, pass out flyers for a month, and stand in front of their store for the first six months, so proud of their achievement? In their mind, they figured this was the way for success. Times did not change, nor the methods, but, a key ingredient was missing: how far would they really go to ensure success?
Since things are now on the Internet, and that's changing rapidly, you just cannot do some things and expect the harvest to come in. Daily, you have to be out there, stretching yourself, advertising like a maniac, putting articles in, up, around, and through everything, and everywhere. Wherever and whenever you stop, you business will also stop. Your business is an extension of you. Just don't join the popular social networks, join as many as you can. Publish your articles anywhere you can as well-legally-of course, and advertise 24/7. Just don't stop for nothing, for in this , your blessing is waiting for you.

Steps to Success: Niche: Some information for you

My subject for today is niche. The definition of niche is a specific or targeted subject. In business, the term is used for advertising towards a certain market of people they have created their product for. A niche, to be effective, besides the advertising, researching, SEO issues, you get what I mean, should be something you are not only knowledgeable about, but what you love, or have passion for.
People, who want to start businesses online, are so anxious to take off making money, will try all kinds of projects, wihtout really trying to find out their specialty, and how that can make money for them. Finding your niche, the time you take searching for, and confirming it, will be the difference in your success online. Now, if you don't have a clue on what your niche is at present, you can look at selling products already established on or offline, another way of saying affiliate marketing, but you must be very knowledgeable of the product you are going to offer, for you have to be able to target a certain market, with that goods or service, and meet their need. Once again, the goods or service must be something you have passion for too.
Finding your niche determines your success, for you have a vision, then have something tangible, then, through patience and hard work, your business will thrive. Steps to Success: Giving
Hello. I hope things are going awesome for you today. I would like to talk about giving for the next step to success. Really, I would love to focus on the benefit of doing this for someone/thing. I recently received a big thank you from a friend, whom I am helping with their business. He was meeting roadblocks, and he was being so diligent in his efforts to promote and improve his business. Well, after a few times meeting with him, and pushing his business, he has now developed not only an awesome site, but he has begun to get more clients, has a expo coming up in 2011, and the mindset now is off the charts!!!!!!!
Giving not only allows you to feel great about yourself, or lining up for more contacts to improve your own business, but it gives you faith, and something to fall on, especially if your business isn't going so well, and, can help you re-focus or re-tool what you are doing with your business. You will get blessed by giving, whether you believe it or not, yet,by giving, you are getting an extra set of eyes and a different view of yourself and your business venture. Back to my friend. He is so committed now to his business, as well as encouraged, the sky is the limit, and only he can truly stop his cup from running over.
Give, and it will come back to you. Pressed down, shaken together, and running over. We still sing this in church, and it is so true today. Start giving.

Steps to Success: Innovate
Hi. My youngest daughter, who just went off to university, is the subject for today. Before she left, she posted on Facebook an donation article to her. It was well written, and at first, I mention it looked like she was begging, but, to my amazement, she received tons of stuff, for which she has, and will receive when she gets to university. She realized, once she had set her goal on what she wanted, that a creative plan must be used to achieve success. I, humbly apologized to her, and then realized that this was what online business people like us encounter daily.
In today's market, success not only counts on the hard work, and money, and so forth, but the creativity; being innovative, to land your customers, for the growth of your business. Doing whatever it takes to achieve, and being persistent and detailed in your delivery. My daughter just put up a simple post, to all her family and friends, and the results was amazing. Take some time to see how you can land those customers, drive those people to your site(s), how you can improve the content your submitting, while watching costs. I always believe in asking for help, talking with others on how they post, writing styles, to come up with your angle.
For this month, I have a book for recommendation: Attitude is Everything, by Jeff Keller. It's only 130 pages, yet, it is packed on ideas for your business, relating to basically the title of the book. I cannot put this book down, even after reading it, and I suggest you add it to your library. ISBN is 1-891279-01-7, and it's not expensive at all.

Steps to Success: Be
Good Day.
To be or not to be, that is the question for you this month. Will you be taking the time to promote your business to customers on and off the Internet? Will you humble yourself, amd surround yourself with a network of mentors, who will take you to next level? I can go on about this, but the message is clear: either be taking the time and get into your business, researching, and networking, and studying, and applying, Things take time, yet, the fruit of your labour will be worth it.
If your having a rough time, step back, ask for help, and try again to succeed, being all that you can. I have heard m mentors talk about how long it took for them to make it, and what they had to go through, and I'm glad they did, for them to be in a position to help me, and now I can help others. Be is an action verb, so be running, and learning, and giving back, to receive even a bigger blessing to yourself, and your business.

Steps to Success: Mentor/Monitor
Hello.
Let's get straight to it. This month's nugget is mentor/monitor, and I phrase it purposefully. We live today in a society that has made information so accessible to us, we really don't need any help succeeding, so we think. People are conditioned to succeed in a particular time frame, there really is no time for failure, saying to themselves I must make this amount of money by this time or else. And there is the person who is supporting you, but they are on a time schedule too. Don't get me wrong here, you can achieve success quick, yet, what are you really learning? what will you hae to share to others?
For success, you will need a mentor, and, this relationship has to be more than just online, or how I would put it, virtual. I'm from the old school, and, being prior military, it's embedded in me the phrase "go/no go status", where a person is monitored, through training, to a successful state. Monitor is not just for the mentor, but for the mentoree, keeping them on the ground, or real, meaning where they are honestly at in their development. Purchasing books, joining clubs, and so forth will not benefit you without proper application of what you've learned, through a seasoned person steering you. Now, a word of wisdom, please be ready to give your all during each mentoring phase, for this is life-going, and jot down notes for you to teach in the future.
Take your time to find that mentor, and develop your business into success.

Acceptance: Steps to Success
Hello.
I have been busy recently, and, I will have two posts for the month, since I have missed last month, forgive me for that.
I will start off with the subject of Acceptance. I had a conversation with a friend of mine, and while discussing his plans for his future, he came to me and said, "Tony, thanks for the information and experience you shared in hepling me, have you tried to share your experience to others?" This struck a chord inside of me, for I started to wonder how many people realize how much experience they really with online business. Cutting to the chase, do you have enough experience to consult others to succeed, do you accept that you qualify for this level in your life today? There are people who don't give themselves enough credit, and, it can cloud their view, and hinder their opportunity on line. When you approach this venture, you are a leader first, providing others with tools for success, while you succeed as well, both on and offline. Acceptance of being an expert in your field to others, will benefit you tremendously in building your opt-in list, followers, and, eventually, products you'll create to further your business. We have to really look at ourselves, and, say, I am an online businessperson, here to help you succeed, as I have done. You are that leader, that person, so grab hold, and accept it today.

I am back with another step towards success: Envelopment. This method was best used by military forces if they wanted to surround an enemy in a given location, to either starve, destroy, or whatever they choose. Looking at your online business, you have enemies within such as time management issues, comfort zone tendencies, and self-esteem ones as well, that you may have to get rid of, since they will hinder success. Others may be lack of mentors, or information, for your business.
Outside your camp, you may have the challenges of how to properly and effectively advertise, joint-venture with other businesses, or really seeing how your site actually is ranked on the Internet. These and many similar scenarios you may have to get military minded, and come up with your plan of envelopment, to avoid these commom pitfalls. Start wiht your business plan: Do you have a vision, and are you constantly reviewing it? Time management: Are you effectively achieving your goals, or do you have too many things down that are distractions? Are you doing the things to drive traffic to your site/ increase rankings?
Take the time today to look at your business, and decide today to go with a plan of envelopment, to achieve greater success.

Research: Second Step to Success
Hi,
Last month I had written about discipline being a key to your online success. I will add another key now called research. Let's face it, even in relationships we do a bit of investigating on a person, before we allow them into our inner circle, and a lot more once the trust has been broken. Your future on the Internet, or offline, will depend on painstaking, timeless it seems, research. Whether it's affiliate marketing, where you want the best package to promote, network marketing, where you survey your list of contacts, or finding that perfect niche, research is critical.
Doing your research also keeps alive your dream of succeeding. I know for others who read this it may sound simple, yet, when you are spending countless hours, spending money, not receiving money in, and those honeymoon days of getting money quick seems to fade, it won't be so simple then. Making money in a business takes time and effort, no matter what others tell you, but the rewards are worth it.
Research. Your success depends on it. I will see you next time.

Steps to success in your business
Discipline.
What a wonderful word it is. You are going to neeed it to make any kind of success online. A good discipline is developing a schedule and following it daily. Include all the aspects of your business, and chart it over a week, and, in time you will see results. I have developed a schedule which includes two days to post and answer any inputs on the forums I have joined, two days to working on my sites and articles, one day for my affiliate money making side, and one day dedicated to just reading on topics to improve my online business.
You must take steps, and just do it. Start small, giving 30 minutes to an hour, and eventually, you will be able to give what you read on line, which can sometimes intimidate someone, 2-4 hours daily. As you do this, like exercising, you can add different variations, yet, keep this main core.
Make discipline priority today, and your business will show it's love back.
